Totally forgot to get on here yesterday, was busy with work, life, and the gym. I did weigh myself in at 140 D:! That is my max for the Army. I did go to the gym and ran for a little and did some ab exercises! Not enough though! Today , I’m gonna do some in house exercises like push-ups , sit-ups, planks, since I couldn’t get to the gym! You need to be innovative! 25 lbs to lose! Wish me luck!
